작가 오트후 울지바타르는 국립 몽골 미술 대학교(Mongolia National University of Arts and C니ture)에서 학사 학위를 취득한 뒤
울산 대학교에서 석사학위를, 국민 대학교에서 박사 학위를 취득하였다. 작가는 인류, 자연,
그리고 인간과 자연의 상생에 대한 우려 아래 생물의 형상을 띤 조각 및 설치 작업을 이어오고 있다.
그의 설치 작품 <Alive>와 <Fresh Air>은 각각 거 대한 심장과 거대한 폐처럼 보인다.
작품을 통해 작가는 인간의 장기가 도시 생활과 인간과 자연의 분리로 점점 죽음에 가까이 다다르고 있음을 전한다.
